I was born and raised in Greenfield, Iowa, a small Southwest Iowa community that will always be home to me. Growing up there shaped the straightforward, community-minded approach I bring to real estate today. I now live in Des Moines and have watched the metro and surrounding Central Iowa communities continue to grow and evolve.
Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years in the construction industry as a structural drafter. That experience gives me a different perspective when walking through a home with buyers or helping sellers prepare a property for the market. My approach is simple: provide honest information, explain the options, and give my clients the guidance they need to make decisions with confidence.
